Thursday's T

There's a man that faithfully, drives slowly by each morning in my neighborhood. The shiny, black hummer creeps by, peering intently at each homestead, empty lot of trees, flowers, or whatever variety of greenery there is, despite the weather or the time of year. It seems he is watching for the changes, interesting happenings, or interactions within the people in his surrounding area. Unlike the occasional golf cart that whizzes by.

As I thought on this, I realized this man does notice many changes. Sometimes daily, sometimes weekly, monthly, or even yearly. However, there is something profoundly hidden from his view. The changes within the hearts of the people he is surrounded by. We need to continue in our intent of the changes taking place in our hearts and minds. These changes will determine the outcomes of our daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly lives. Let's continue to be focused on what's important. Daily.
